Tell Us About Your Project
Share your vision for your custom piece. The more details you provide, the smoother and faster the design process becomes.
Helpful details include dimensions, wood preferences, color tones, overall style, and any inspiration images you may have.
Photos and reference images are always encouraged and help us better bring your ideas to life.
Quote & Deposit
Once we have enough information to accurately quote your project, a 50% deposit is required to reserve your place in our build schedule.
From there, we’ll continue refining the details of your piece prior to production to ensure everything is tailored to your space and vision.
Current lead times are typically 6–10 weeks from the date of deposit, depending on project scope and material availability. If you are working within a specific timeline, please let us know during your initial inquiry and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
Communication is Key!
Any projects that require renderings or mock-up images can be submitted via text or email.
Once design and all details are discussed and agreed upon, we can move towards the next step where we put together a quote for you!
Design & Approval
We will keep you updated throughout the whole process of your build.
From the time it starts, any delays due to weather or schedule changes, to completion!
We pride ourselves with the ability to stay on top of communicating, usually replying to any questions or concerns within a few hours
Project Completion!
Remaining balance of your project is due upon completion.
Delivery is not included unless otherwise stated, however pickup is free!
Our location for pickup can be provided to those that request pickup, we are located in Colorado Springs next to Palmer Park
